  • Responsible for End to End Recruitment for different departments
  • Incumbent should have strong understanding of IT Services business
  • Excellent communication, writing & interpersonal skills
  • Making HR policy, Rules & regulation, On boarding, Performance appraisal
  • Interpersonal sensitivity, team player
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and agile pace of working
  • Should be able to manage difficult employees and managers effectively (grievance resolution)
  • Hands on experience on MS-Office
