Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for End to End Recruitment for different departments
- Incumbent should have strong understanding of IT Services business
- Excellent communication, writing & interpersonal skills
- Making HR policy, Rules & regulation, On boarding, Performance appraisal
- Interpersonal sensitivity, team player
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and agile pace of working
- Should be able to manage difficult employees and managers effectively (grievance resolution)
- Hands on experience on MS-Office
